We’re pleased to announce that Carlos Gutiérrez has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Monifai.
In this role, Carlos will provide leadership, strategy, and vision to effectively grow Monifai and expand the business into new markets.
Passionate about leading business transformation processes and expanding operations into new regions, Carlos brings more than 20 years of experience to this role.
Based in Costa Rica, his most recent role was as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Instacredit, a consumer finance company. Carlos led the company’s transformation process from a family business to a multinational corporation and opened new sites in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico. Prior to that, he was Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for Mabe Centro America, where he developed effective strategies to reduce operational costs.
Carlos’ extensive experience and strong leadership skills bring outstanding value to Monifai.
