We’re excited to announce that Catherine Karanikola is joining YNV as our new Chief Legal Officer.
In her new role, Catherine will work to provide the critical legal advice the YNV senior team needs to expand and thrive on a global scale. She will focus on close collaboration with internal stakeholders to empower transformational impacts as we enter the fourth industrial revolution.
To make this happen, Catherine brings more than 20 years of legal support experience for major technology companies like Microsoft as well as several leading law firms. There, she developed a track record of empowering senior teams by providing simplification and clarity to complex legal challenges.
Catherine joins YNV from Microsoft where she most recently worked as Integration Legal Counsel for their acquisition of Softomotive. In her previous role, Catherine was a Group General Counsel & VP of Operations at Softomotive.
Her extensive experience in navigating the legal challenges of digital transformation makes her ideally suited to helping YNV achieve its ambitious goals.

Catherine has an LLB in English and European Laws from the University of Essex and a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from University College London.
